TAIPEI - smartphone makers from Taiwan, HTC Corp., said that the lawsuits launched by Apple against them cause no huge impact for the company.

On 15 July, the International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled that HTC have violated two patents owned by Apple.
Previously Chief Financial Officer of HTC, Winston Yung, explains that the Apple and HTC not formal discussions since knowing the decision of the ITC.
ITC won the lawsuit, which the Apple Apple patents, to related systems and methods for performing actions on a computer-generated data structure (No. 5.946.647) and the patent system for real time signal processing for data, which are continued forward (No. 6.343.263).
